Heat & Energy Assistance: emPower works with you to afford your heat and energy needs while you strive to become self-sufficient.

Hunger PreventionOur on-site, self selection Food Pantry provides a week's supply of food for those in need of assistance. The Food Pantry is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday(on days the agency is open). You must fill out an intake form and have a valid ID to use the Food Pantry. (Please note that the Food Pantry is currently drive-through only as part of TrueNorth's COVID-19 response. We ask that you please pull up to the Food Pantry doors on the north side of the TrueNorth Service Center, 6308 S. Warner Avenue in Fremont, sound your vehicle's horn, and someone will assist you.)
