Summer Reading Program

Summer Reading Club begins Friday, June 6 and ends of Friday, August 9. To be eligible for entry in the drawings, your finished reading record must be turned in by August 7.   

Summer Reading Finale Party - Come enjoy an exciting magic show performed by Renee Hudson.  Saturday, August 9 at 11 am. 

Wrap up our summer reading program with magic and fun!  We'll have prizes and treats.

July 22 Bugs on Wheels
The Young Entomologist's Society will bring live insects, spiders, and bizarrre and beautiful specimens form around the world and other scientific artifacts.
July 29 Susan Harrison
Enjoy an interactive family concert from Susan Harrison and Palamazoo Puppets.

            Insect Craft Program –  Bugs, bugs, bugs!   We’ll have some creepy crawly insect crafts you can make and take home.  June 14th from 10-11:30 in the library community room.

          Afternoon Summer Movie –  Flik is a young ant determined to save his colony from the grasshoppers.  With help from his friends, will Flik save the day before it’s too late?  Join us for a showing of A Bug’s Life, Thursday June 19th at 2 p.m. in the Children’s Department.  Refreshments will be served.

Summer Craft Program – Come beat the summer heat!  We’ll have some cool summer crafts you can make and take home.  Saturday July 12th from 10 to 11:30 in the library Community Room.

Summer Story Times begin June 10 and and end July 31.

Preschool Storytime

 Join us for a great time with stories, movies, and songs.  For children ages 3-5

Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.

Thursdays at 10 a.m.

 Toddler Time

Join us for stories, fingerplays, lapsits, music and movement activities.  For babies and toddlers ages birth to 2 yrs.

Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
